Since all products sold on Elite Software are digital products, all sales are generally final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if:
- Product delivery failed
- Wrong product was delivered
- File is completely inaccessible and cannot be fixed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to read product description
- Personal preference issues
- Monetization or earning expectations
